At Bountiful Mazda we are taking the COVID-19 virus very seriously.  The health of our customers, employees, and vendors is of the utmost importance.  We are taking a numerous amount of safety pre-cautions at the dealership level to make sure that our work environment is as safe and sanitary as we can make it.   

We are taking internal steps to make sure our facility is following the recommendations of our local government and health officials. Sanitary procedures at our dealership have been increased and we are making sure that all of our public areas for our customers are being sanitized multiple times per day.  

As the ongoing concerns of the COVID-19 virus continue, Bountiful Mazda would like to offer our customers some extended services during this time period.  For our sales customers we would like to offer the option of purchasing your vehicle 100% online or over the phone and we will deliver your new or used vehicle if you live within 30 miles of the dealership.  We also can ship vehicles anywhere in the continental United States. 

For our service customers would like to offer a pickup/drop-off service. If you would like to schedule a service appointment and live within 30 miles from our dealership, we will arrange to have your vehicle picked up, brought to the store for your requested service work, and then returned to you at your home or work place. We will also sanitized your vehicle for you before it is returned. We also have a large amount of courtesy vehicles for you to drive which are sanitized daily before and after each use.  Our courtesy vehicles are offered at no charge to you and are available for any service done at Bountiful Mazda.  With COVID-19 concerns at a high, we are making sure that our courtesy fleet is sanitized for each time the vehicle gets use. If the pickup/drop-off or courtesy vehicles are not an option for you, we offer a private shuttle to your home or work place as well.  If you prefer to wait at the dealership’s customer waiting room, we sanitize the whole area plus our bathrooms 3-4 times per day and professionally at night.  

Again, safety is the priority for our customers and our employees. We ask that all customers and employees adhere to social distancing practices of 6 feet from one another. Thank you for your continued business with Bountiful Mazda.
